After checkout is completed successfully patterns and downloads will be immediately available in your personal account. Log into your account and proceed to the Downloads page. If you encounter any issues while downloading or viewing the files please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note that all patterns/downloads are not refundable if they have been downloaded.
WHEN ARE ORDERS SHIPPED?
Every effort is made to ship all goods within 1-7 working days after receiving your order. As every item is handmade, large items as well as custom orders may not be available in stock and production may take longer. The production process can take up to 1 month before it can be shipped to you. Should the production time be longer than 7 working days, we will try to contact you by email as soon as possible to notify you.
Delivery costs are calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method chosen. Those costs will be calculated automatically once you have added all the desired items to the cart, entered the delivery destination and chosen the desired delivery method.
Free Pick-up point delivery to France, Belgium or Luxemburg, is offered for order above 60 €.
SHIPPING TIME, METHODS AND CARRIERS
Shipping time will vary depending on the destination country and delivery method chosen. Most items will be delivery within 4 to 8 working days. Once items are given to the carrier you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
As soon as the items leave L’atelier by Sarah we are not responsible for any damage or risks linked to the transporter. We will not be held responsible for any delivery delays due to customs or carrier mistake. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and its contents upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier.
Please check that all the information provided for the delivery (name and address) are correct. This will avoid any addition delay for delivery.

International delivery is not yet available thru the website. We are trying to get the best deals possible for the costs not to be too high. If you are interested in making an order please feel free to contact us at email@example.com and we will try to make it happen.
Under French law, you have the right to cancel purchase at any time within a period of 14 days after the delivery date. If required, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased.
All goods should be returned, at your own cost and within 14 days of your notice, in their original condition and should be complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) within 30 days of noticing us. Any damage suffered by the product may be such as to defeat the right of return. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the sums paid, within 14 days after receiving the goods and via the same means of payment than the one used when ordering.
When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a trusted service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach L’atelier by Sarah.
- Customized items cannot be returned. You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of personalized items.
- Swimming suits and other under garments available on the website will not be subject to the return policy.
- Digital downloads, including PDF patterns, are given their own unique category and are therefore not services or goods. If you download a digital product within 14 days of buying it you lose the right to cancel your purchase. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge this.
IMPORT TAXES AND FEES
Depending on the country the parcel is shipped to, you may owe duties, taxes or import feels in addition to our shipping rates, which only cover the transit cost of the products. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and we cannot be held liable for them.
