Each item available on the website is handmade and quality checked before dispatch. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, colors may appear differently on screens.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Prices mentioned on the website catalog are in Euros (€) and are not subject to VAT or any other tax. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify those prices without notice, provided that the prices mentioned in the catalog the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
Prices on product pages do not include shipping chargers, which are calculated based on weight, delivery destination and delivery method chosen. 1. Member account
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website, you will have to create a member account. When creating the account you will be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, last name, address, phone number…
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. L’atelier by Sarah reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
Each time you visit, if you wish to purchase an item or view your account you will have to login using the relevant information.
2. Purchase confirmation
When the buyer selects the products he wants to order and adds them to the “cart”, he can then modify some characteristics if necessary (quantities, references …), or check the delivery address. Then the shipping costs are then calculated and shown to the buyer.
By purchasing something from the website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The validation of your purchase will automatically mean that you have read and accepted this terms.
After every purchase on the website, you will receive, via email, an order confirmation. L’atelier by Sarah reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, especially in case of supply problem, or in case of difficulty concerning the order received.
3. Accuracy of Billing and account information
Our products are available for purchase as long as they are visible on the website and within the stock limits. In case an item is not available after your purchase, you will be informed by email. Your purchase will automatically be cancelled and payment will not be processed,
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, re-sellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
When finalizing an order you will be asked to choose a method of payment between those made available to you by L’atelier by Sarah:
- Secure payment by Paypal: If you choose this option you will be redirected to the secure PAYPAL interface in order to securely enter your Paypal account logins and process the payment.
- Secure payment with E-transactions: if you choose this option you will be able to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard…) and many other modes of payment. You will be redirected to a 3D Secure page that will ensure full encryption of your personal information. If the payment is accepted, the order is registered and you will receive a confirmation email.
L’atelier by Sarah retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal , fees and taxes included.
Under French law, you have the right to cancel purchase at any time within a period of 14 days after the delivery date. If required, please contact us at email@example.com for the return address stating the issue and when and where the product was purchased.
All goods should be returned, at your own cost and within 14 days of your notice, in their original condition and should be complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Any damage suffered by the product may be such as to defeat the right of return. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the sums paid, within 14 days after receiving the goods and via the same means of payment than the one used when ordering.
When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a trusted service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach L’atelier by Sarah.
- Customized items cannot be returned. You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of personalized items.
- Swimming suits and other under garments available on the website will not be subject to the return policy.
- Digital downloads, including PDF patterns, are given their own unique category and are therefore not services or goods. If you download a digital product within 14 days of buying it you lose the right to cancel your purchase. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you acknowledge this.
All the products supplied by L’atelier by Sarah benefit from the legal guarantee provided by the French law. In case of nonconformity, an item can be returned to the company who will exchange or refund it. All claims, requests for exchange or refund must be made by email to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days after delivery.
You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
